2. Warranty Conditions

• The issue is a technical defect caused by the manufacturer (excluding user-caused damage)

• Proof of purchase or order number is provided

• The warranty seal remains intact

3. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

• Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow instructions

• Products damaged by dropping or strong impact

• Products exposed to water or liquids

• Warranty seal is torn or no longer intact
