Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order if:

• The product is unused and still has its original seal and packaging

• The product has a manufacturing defect

• The product received does not match the order

• The product was damaged during shipping

2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our hotline at 0896 561 023 or email orders@snussaigon.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Step 2: Send photos/videos of the product and your order for verification.

Step 3: After confirmation, send the product back to the SnusSaigon address provided by our support team.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement within 3–5 business days.

3. Return Shipping Costs

SnusSaigon covers all return shipping costs for defective products or incorrect orders. In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or e-wallet within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
