1. Delivery Coverage

Snus Sài Gòn delivers nationwide across Vietnam via trusted carriers including Giao Hàng Nhanh, Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm, and Viettel Post.

2. Delivery Times

HCMC Inner City: Same day if ordered before 5pm; otherwise next day
HCMC Outer Districts: 1–2 business days
Southern Provinces: 2–3 business days
Central Vietnam: 3–5 business days
Northern Vietnam: 4–7 business days

3. Shipping Fees

Orders over 500,000 VND: Free shipping
Orders under 500,000 VND: 25,000–40,000 VND depending on location
HCMC inner city: Free shipping for all combo orders (3+ cans)

4. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your products carefully before signing for delivery. If you notice any damage, contact our hotline 0896 561 023 immediately for assistance. We support COD (Cash on Delivery) — inspect before you pay.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact our hotline to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. Same-Day Delivery Zones (HCMC)

Same-day delivery is available in: District 1, District 2 (former Thủ Đức), District 3, District 4, District 5, District 7 (Phú Mỹ Hưng), District 10, Phú Nhuận, Bình Thạnh, and Tân Bình. Order before 5pm for same-day delivery.
